Phyllis Rothwell did everything we could hope for and more. We needed help that took much more of Phyllis's time and help than we expected and a need to shop for a bargain in an emergency.

Phyllis jumped right into our need and helped us through the crazy process of buying a bank foreclosure. We had three trips to Aberdeen that took full days and she helped us all the way despite the inconveniences she was right in there with us. Willing and cheerful.

I would highly recommend Phyllis Rothwell. She worked with us over a year as we waited to relocate to Washington state. Phyllis was on top of her game, sending out daily updates on house availabilities and patient as we were in the process of selling our house. She made herself available at a moments notice when I flew back to WA to find a house. She knows her trade which I was able to view first hand with the sell of my own house and buying of a new home.
